Kompani Setup helps businesses set up in the UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. You can reach us at ask@kompanisetup.com.

What we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and information about your business plans.

Our contact form opens your own email app with your details filled in. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.

The setup finder runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote, and provide the services you ask for, including submitting applications to free zones, government departments and banks on your behalf.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to deliver your service, such as with the free zone or authority you apply to, banks you choose to approach, and our professional advisers. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Images, fonts and scripts are served from our own storage on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information such as IP addresses to keep the service secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing ask@kompanisetup.com. We’ll respond in line with the UAE’s data protection laws.
